I must have hit s/t that caused my screen to get narrower on the sides. There is now about 1 1/2 inches of black on each side of my screen. Any idea what I did and how I undo it?
It a laptop. Probably windows 7 if that matters.
TIA

I am not sure exactly what you clicked/pressed but it can't hurt to check your resolution settings in the control panel.
Usually, the optimal or default resolution is indicated. If it seems to have been changed, reset it to default or choose the recommended option.
Good Luck.

Thank you. The problem was locating the screen resolution-wasn't in the control panel itself. Finally found it under "properties" and then "settings". Screen is back to normal now.
