Leftover butternut squash dip

I made this recipe. I liked it. It wasn't out of this world, but good. I made it for yom tov and I have quite a bit left. I know I could freeze it, but I don't want to for whatever reasons. Any ideas what I can do with it, cook it with something else or what. It's pareve. TIA

Make a soup out of it.
Saute an onion, add the dip, thin with water, heat until bubbling, season with salt to taste.
