I want to premake crock pot meals to last us a month or more. Maybe like 14 recipes and then double that. I just don't want to eat chicken every night... Are there any veggies that would work well if I threw them together, with some spices, in a crock pot liner, went straight to the freezer and then would be yummy in the slow cooker? Recipes would be very appreciated! Tia!

We love this chili recipe instead of the "standard" chulent recipes in the warm weather (though it's great in cold weather, too!):

I've never tried freezing it, but I imagine that wouldn't hurt it too much.
