A Pumkin Israely Mashs oup that everybody will love. I actually do a double amount and I freeze it, so I'm always sure of having nice supper
1 kilo pumkin
2 potatoes
1 carrot
2 sweet potato (Batata in hebrew)
1 garlic clove.
Piece everithing and cook in a boiling water. After the vegies are cooked we are going to mash it but, before it a put some water appart because im not always sure of the amount of water I'll need to make the right density. Add salt, oil, fresh garlic, pepper, the right amount of the water that we have from cooking and you have a delicious soup that children and adults love! Cool

you can do any type of pureed vegetable soup. sauté onions, put in the vegetables you want, add water and seasoning, and when its cooked, use a immersion blender to blend smoothly. I've done this with zucchinis. I also recently did it with a mix of butternut squash, carrots and sweet potatoes. it was yum!
