hi
I want to make kokosh cake that calls for orange juice, and my grocery store doesn't have orange juice with a hechsher that we use, ( and I don't have much patience to make orange juice from concentrate just for a cake)and I was wondering if I could use nondairy creamer
if anyone has any experience with this that would be great
thanks!!

Another option is pineapple juice - you can always sub it for OJ.
