I know that people are avid followers of Dave Ramsey, Suze Orman, and take action with their finances accordingly.

Do you follow one person's advice, any program you do?

How has that worked for you?

ynab.com its a philosophy and a budgeting software and EXCELLENT.

follows alot of dave ramsey principals from what I've heard.

I started using it at the end of June and love it!

For those who would like to see what different money management "gurus" are about, here's one of Dave Ramsey's books and one of Suze Orman's books.
(Just the two very very popular ones I saw mentioned in another thread, there are more.)
