My aunt's English name is Keri. When she found out what a Keri is in Hebrew, she decided to start being called by her Hebrew name, Tzivia.

Most of the nicknames suggested here sound horrible.

I know OP didn't ask for our opinions if we like the name or not, but I have to say I totally agree with this.
Nerri? Kini? Seriously? Invitation for ridicule. kini bikini...teeny kini...
