Majored in cultural anthropology. That got me very interesting in documentary films and I did ultimately work for a company that made docs (not anthropological) and commercials. So sort of, but not in a big way.

Undergrad major is psych, graduate major is behavioral neuroscience. Psychology was a good foundation for the grad program, so yes.

I use my degrees everyday as a SAHM. I have a soc science interdisciplinary degree. I use history when I travel, psych when I diagnosis my neighbors, economics when I invest our money, and social science when I analyze this community.
My first masters is as an analyst and I use those skills all the time to figure things out. My graduate degrees are even more useful in life.
My next two graduate degrees also gave me skills to look at life and enable me to "retire" while my kids are young.

Bachelor's in Human Development and I'm a graphics manager (web design, photography, graphic design). I got the degree to further my knowledge because it was so interesting to me (I love learning) but I might revisit it later on. I love to study behavioral sciences.

Majored in American Studies with a minor in anthropology. Planned to go to grad school and teach. That didn't happen.
But, what I learned prepared me for my career in indirect ways: critical thinking skills, research skills, writing skills.
But I wish I had studied something more concrete and not so liberal arts.
