How long does unopened wine last and how long does opened wine last?
Also, can you store unopened wine in the fridge?

Last question first, why wouldn't you be able to store open wine in the fridge?? Some people say open wine doesn't last too long, but we use the same bottle for 3-4 weeks, depending on how long it takes to finish and it tastes the same to me. We bought a lot of wine for pesach and we still have a bunch left. Closed wine lasts a long time. At least in a barrel, the longer it sits, the better it tastes and more expensive  .

Unopened wine can last for years if stored properly (dark cool place). You can cool it in the fridge if you want to drink it cold, it does not need refrigeration.
Opened wine won't last more than 2 weeks. Keeping it in the fridge will slow the fermentation process, which may give you an extra day or two, up to about 2 weeks.
