Not expensive but decent for folding to put on bus and comfortable for baby. Forward and regular facing if possible?

Maclaren has decently priced strollers that are easy to fold and fold small, but they can't be made to face both directions.

Normally strollers that face both ways are not easy to fold. Usually they are two pieces which already is a hassle. The city mini is east to fold and has a great wheel but it doesn't face both ways.

I would suggest you buy one stroller that faces both directions and one very cheap umbrella stroller. babies r us has a great cheap stroller for the bus:

I second the city versa. it's going to be a bit heavier than an umbrella stroller, but it has all the features u'd want - and a raelly big underseat basket

I know I sound like a baby but I want the stroller to be good looking as well. I think the versa is ok but seems to be heavy and not smooth pushing from the reviews. I know there are more important things in life.I am indecisive and its hard to read a ton and nothing is perfect with a good price. Arg so hard I wish someone would make my decision but is the right decision LOL

It's hard when you say "not expensive." What exactly is your budget?
