I just bought a container of Lotus spread - it tastes exactly like the cookies and is the same consistency and look as peanut butter.
Does anyone have any creative dessert ideas to use it for?

Haven't used the stuff myself, but I think BusyinBrooklyn used it in a few recipes on her blog a while back.
