I fax my grocery order into the supermarket almost every week.
This week they sent me a bag of frozen strawberries with rhubarb, instead of just strawberries....
what do I do with it? (I don't think I'll get to returning it).
any yummy recipes? or can I just munch on it?? _________________ "G-d's gifts to you are your talents...How you use them is your gift to G-d."

I think it makes a great pie. Google Rhubarb pie. _________________ I have bursts of being a lady, but it doesn't last long.

I make strawberry-rhubarb soup (can be an appetizer or dessert):
2 bags strawberry w/ rhubard
1 cup sugar (or a little less)
2 teaspoons lemon juice
8 cups water
4 bags rosehip hibiscus tea
Put all ingredients except tea in pot. Bring to boil. Turn off flame. Add tea bags and let sit 10-15 minutes. Remove tea bags. Refrigerate. Serve cold.

| It goes great with apples, as in applesauce.

Why don't you try to make a mock "apple crisp" with it?
Just put the fruit in a pan, and sprinkle on top an Oatmeal topping, and bake. I think it would come out really delicious!!!
Would you like a recipe for an Oatmeal Topping? _________________ Boy (13.5), Boy (12), Girl (10.5), Boy (8.5), Girl (7), Boy (4.5), Girl (2.5) B"H!!!

| The rhubarb ads a tangy taste and is truly heaven. It’s best if you cook up 2 parts strawberries to 1 part rhubarb.
