Every year I make gebrokts banana muffins and they disappear as soon as they are made.
What are your go to gebrokts recipes? I'm looking for simple, and not too chocolatey (I'd be the only one eating brownies).

Can you share your banana muffin recipe. That sounds yummy.
I have a citrusy cake recipe that's yummmm (we even eat leftovers after Pesach) but I won't have the recipe till I turn over my kitchen.

Here is my banana muffin recipe, I think I originally found it here, so if someone recognizes as her own, I take no credit for this recipe!
1 1/2 cup/s Oil
2 1/4 cup/s Sugar
6 Eggs
1 1/2 cup/s Potato Starch
2 1/4 cup/s Matza Meal
3 teaspoon/s Baking Soda
1 1/2 teaspoon/s Cinnamon
2 1/4 cup/s Pecans
4 1/2 cup/s Mashed Bananas
Preparation
Line muffin tins. Preheat oven to 350F. Mix the oil with the sugar, add the eggs one a time beating after each addition. Add the bananas. Combine the potato starch, matza meal, baking soda and cinnamon. Add the nuts add the dry mixture. Do not over mix. Pour into tins and fill to the top. Bake 25-30 minutes.
I'll take your citrusy cake recipe if you remember once you're turned over. Anyone else have good recipes?

Sounds great! Unfortunately we do not use potato starch (or oil other than olive) on Pesach.
