I once had a delicious dessert at a friends house. It was mini frozen pie crusts with one cookie dough ball inside, and she baked it (I can't imagine too long maybe 10-15 minutes). When she served it for dessert, she drizzled chocolate syrup on top and put a scoop of ice cream with it.

Molten choc chip cakes
Spray a muffin tin
Make balls of dough about the size of a golf ball and place in the tin
Put 2 squares of choc stacked
Use some more dough to cover
Bake 15 minutes
Serve warm, enjoy!

why not make a base for your next ice cream pie? I would pat it into a round pan and freeze it raw. Or you can bake it for a crunchier crust ( just poke holes all over first).

2 ideas
1. make it into balls and freeze for 2 hours then make a cupcake recipe and put one pall in each cupcake you get a cupcake with a gooey choc chip dough centre!
2. make vanilla ice cream and mix it in - cookie dough ice cream - YUMMY!!!

Chocolate chip cookie dough freezes exceptionally well. Make rolls of the dough, wrap in foil, and freeze. Then when you need some cookies, defrost for a bit, pull or slice off pieces, and bake.

Thanks, that's what I did, but since pesach is around the corner, need to figure out how to get rid of it.
