HELP! horrible diaper rash, need advice asap

this worked in one day. first put on a layer of athletes foot cream for the fungus, then some neosporin for infections, then triple paste, lots of it. it cleared up in one day. my pharmacist told me about this and it did the trick.

I agree with the Triple Paste. If you live in BP, lane's pharmacy and also Klein's pharmacy sells it. It's a miracle cure. And I also agree with NO WIPES!!! Use a really wet paper towel, and DAB, don't wipe. BTW, it's most probably NOT yeast if the pimples don't have white tips. My DD had a bad rash a while ago that bled, and the Triple paste was a miracle. Doc told me to use it and if it doesn't help within 48 hrs. she'll prescribe something. So being that's it's erev Shabbos, go get some triple paste , and on Sunday if it's not better, you call the doc.

the dr can give u cream that will make it go away in one day

Call it a �bubbe mayse� but dump about a cup of pure corn starch into the diaper. It wicks away the moisture from the skin and allows the area to heal, with the aid of whatever cream you applied. So apply the cream, then put a TON of corn starch into the diaper. When you have to diaper the next time, you will be in pure shock!

I'm so surprised nobody mentioned to try to change the brand of your babie's diapers. some of the brands are more plasticy and can aggrevate even the slightest rash trust me I have lots of experience with diaper rashes. The luvs brand is the worst for the rashes doesnt let the skin breathe to well. my pediatrician told me this. Try to change and youll see a difference. as far as the cornstarch its no bubba meises it helps. I keep my cornstarch near the pampers and wipes

but I agree with the check if it's a fungal infection.
If it's not, TRIPLE PASTE is great!
I also had a newborn with a diaper rash that wasn't going away, finally I took him to a dermotologist who said to use talc powder. it worked!!

I bought butt paste, and triple paste, used both on shabbos (it was almost mesiras nefesh, I thought she would need a tush transplant if I didnt)
and thank g-d, its mostly cleared up.
I dont know about the corn starch, doesn't baby powder work the same?

corn starch is in many baby powders... if it's fungal, it won't help the matter! I think it helps breed fungus. That why the dr. I said recommended talc for this situation, even though they don't recommend it because you have to be careful with not breathign it in.
