| There are known in a friends' family as d--- potatos, as in "get your hands off the d--- potatos." This is an approximation based on how she described it. Slice or chop potatos, small but not tiny...depending on how many people. Let's say 10 medium for 6-8 servings. Sprinkle with onion soup mix, and drizzle olive oil or margerine. Not the healthiest at all, but yum. And slice an onion into it for even more yum. Don't even bother peeling potatos, just scrub them.

use red potatoes-small ones preferable. if large, cut into large chunks. sprinkle on italian seasoning or any combination of hebs u like. (our favorite is rosemary garlic seasoning) lightly coat w/ oil. mix well.bake 400 for 45 minutes or until taters pierce easily w/ fork. _________________ If you're gonna be blue, be bright blue!

| I call these scalloped potatoes: Slice potatoes thin and put in sprayed baking pan. Add gravy of fried onions, water, salt & pepper, hand blended. Bake covered for about 1 hr. Then uncovered till they're nice and done-depending on how crispy you like them.

Here's one more:
Baby red potatoes cooked w/olive oil, fresh garlic, onions & rosemary - you could even put in oven instead of pan _________________ don't wonder why people go crazy ... rather wonder why we don't

scalloped potatoes from kosher by Design (original book)
to make prep time even faster- peel and slice potatoes night before.
store in fridge- submerged in water.
next day all you got to do is make the sauce, and layer potatoes and sauce into dish.
THIS IS A FAVORITE OVER AT MY PLACE.....
