How do you pronounce Saturday night?
My boss says MotZOYoy (Shabbos), very delibertately, slowly, and with an emphasios on the 2nd syllable. I've picked it up and my kdis think it's funny, we always said MOT tsee Shabbos.
What do you say?

| Mot-SAY Shabbat, unless I'm talking with someone in a very Ashkenazi setting, in which case I'll say MOT-say Shabbos.

| in the new avraham fried tape (bein kach) he pronounces it Mutzoiy, we all laugh when we hear it, it's just funny for us. we say mutzeh

If you're saying it in Hebrew it's: Motza'ei Shabbat
But most people end up saying (when speaking English): Motzi-Shabbos.

Motza'ei Shabbat. Except for a couple of friends; then it's motzash.

when I lived in america, I said, motsai shabbis, but since I have made aliyah, I say motzaei shabbat and I like how it sounds lo much more. I never looked back 
tunafish, I agree with you that ppl garble some words. when you said that ppl garble shaishudis, I thought of someone I know (she probably justdoes not knwo what the root of the word is) that says shabbishudis:) I like seuda shlishit.
