Breakfast:
Oatmeal packets
Muffins
Cheese Latkes
Loaf of sliced bread and cream cheese
bottle of milk

Lunch:
Rolls + Deli
loaf of sliced bread and peanut butter
Rolls + Grilled chicken cutlets (pre-made, cold)
tuna cans, rolls, lettuce
tuna patties

Supper:
BBQ: Chicken, hamburgers, hot dogs, buns, jar pickles, corn on the cob (we do this every night!!)
breaded chicken cutlets - (pre-made, cold), bagged lettuce, bottle dressing

sides:
ketchup, mustard, BBQ sauce, mayonnaise, onions, tomatoes

Midnight snack:
cup o' soups

Snacks:
Rice cakes
granola bars
crackers
pretzels
dried fruit
trail mix
cookies
twizzlers
baby carrots
apples
cucumber sticks
string cheese

You can reheat food in fun ways:
If food is pre-cooked you can reheat with an iron: use cooked chicken cutlets, hotdogs, burgers, tuna patties - wrap in foil. Place a towel on the table. Place the foil wrapped food on top of the towel. Rest a hot iron on top of the foil packet. Food will get hot pretty quickly.
Make cup o' soups by heating water in the coffee maker, glass carafe, or try to get hot water.
You can also bring food double wrapped and reheat in a clean microwave. (ask LOR)

ha ha

We just went away with 4 kids for 2 nights\ 3 days and we can't really buy too much food because of pas yisroel\cholov yisroel issues so I bring everything.

I left out rogelach, danishes, and beer. My DH can't travel without it. It makes his vacation. But I don't have to share our bad eating habits with everyone (oops Embarassed ).

Last time I went on a vacation, I brought a package of pizza dough mix (all you had to add was water) and the fixings for pizza. We got a disposable grill and made grilled pizza! Disposable grills (or the small charcoal kind) can do some awesome things - you can make kebabs out of pretty much anything, grill corn on the cob still in the husk or wrapped in foil, stuff like that.

I love the pizza on the disposable grill idea - I may just try that at home.

bring foil and various size zip lock bags. I found it helped with pre-making lunches and suppers in the morning. and general food prep.

(Don't forget the can opener and a knife if cutting veggies on location)

On every vacation I take an Immersion heater to boil water for instant food.

I have the large george foreman with removable grates. I bring raw chicken cutlets with me and make fresh suppers. I also cook those frozen french fries on it and those little mini potato latke thingies. I also cut up raw peppers and cook them in the grill. It takes 3 rounds (for each type of food). clean up is ez because the grates are removable so I just wash in the sink or bathtub.

bring a mini george foreman grill- u can grill lots of yummy stuff on it- steaks, hotdogs, hamburgers, chicken cutlets, etc.... (also helpful to pack some bar-b-q sauce, ketchup, n steak spice if u like)
deli is really good for lunches in rolls, wraps, whatever u like.
I don't know how many appliances u wanna shlep for so short, but I sometimes bring a mini sandwich maker for grilled cheese and that kind of thing.
also they sell lots of packets that don't take up any room in suitcase, like mashed potatoes, noodles, rice, soups, etc. that all u have to do is add hot water. any hotel should have hot water.
also remember that even if a place doesn't have kosher food, there is still lots u can buy inc. fruits and veggies. good luck and have a fun trip!!

I bought this sandwich maker at kmart for $10, its pretty much a small george forman grill. You can heat up veggie burgers and frozen french fries, make grilled cheeses, toast bagels or even cook scrambeled eggs. Most of the stuff that you can find kosher in any regular supermarket anyway so you don't have to carry half a fridge on vacation!
