dinner, just me and hubby:
mock **** salad
apricot bbq chicken breasts
baked zucchini and sweet potatoes with olive oil, garlic, and onion
quinoa w/ broccoli and cashews (looking for some recipe ideas, was gonna do sesame oil and soy sauce but dont have either )
lunch we are having 4 couples:
avocado salad (guacamole)
mock **** salad
spinach salad with red onion, strawberries, candied almonds, and honey mustard dressing
cholent w/ hamin eggs
apricot bbq chicken wings (drumettes)
chinese chicken salad
quinoa with broccoli & cashews
apple cranberry crisp
zuchinni and sweet potato baked from fri night
I have watermelon and a guests bring a cake. do I even need the quinoa? I need a carb probably besides challah, even though I'm on a diet

Homemade spelt challa
gefilta fish & teriyaki salmon
spiced chicken on the stove
sweet potato muffins
Today lunch was:
fish and dips from last night
