Sheitel macher in Crown Heights

I know this has been discussed before but previous posts are too numerous to look through. I was using Esti Simon who just had a baby and is going on Shlichus next month (she was great and only $35. wash/set), have used Raizy Schwartz but she is way too busy. Who do you recommend that is excellent, cheap and accessible (meaning has time-good at recommending what might look good on you etc.)

Faigie Medalie - I think she charges 35 or 40 for a wash & set. her number is 646-402-2010

does anyone else have other recommendations for sheital machers in CH; I have a beautiful sheitel which was cut twice already and needs major touch\finishing up and don't want to waste my $$$ again. If anyone has info on names, or #s, even ballpark figures -that would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

PS _ Specifically, has anyone heard of a sheitel macher by last name of lieder? I saw a haircut she did and did a great job, I'd love for her to cut my sheitel but have no clue who she is!

A sheital is not hair, don't kid yourself.

If you need someting redone, why not ask the person who did it? You paid them, right ?

is she did it twice and didn't do a good job, there's no way I'm going back to her!

Chana Kurinsky is the best by far!!!! reasonable prices...outstanding costumer service...shes an artist her work is gorgeous! trust me Ive needed plenty of help in the shaitel dept her number is 877chanawigs I believe or 7182219221 im not certain of the 877 number but I think shes listed in the tzach list.... I can look it up...

Go to Chana Kurinsky if you want an older-lady style and don't mind having your choice of sheitel, hair-stylist, or clothing insulted.

Just been there and done that! (Definitely not worth 45 bucks)

if you have the time, Raizy shwartz 467-4120 is simply the best. she might be known for being "scissor happy" but it makes for great cuts. Just be prepared that a one-hour appointment is a full-day event.

I really like Malky Eckhaus and Raizy Schwartz. Not cheap though, but honest and won't "sell" you on the look.

Just wondering why anyone would post "anon" in this thread unless they have some kind of connection to those they are promoting.
