I'm looking for skirts (knee length or right above the knee) for my daughter in size 4t. My price range is preferably under $10, but up to $15.
What stores online would have skirts that meet those requirements?

I second Old Navy. I got DD a bunch of lovely skirts (many with built in shorts - score!) on clearance and with a coupon.
We've also had good luck at Target, the children's place, and burlington coat factory.

Crazy 8 and Gymboree may be more but when they have sales and good coupons the price drops.
also google a coupon code.
