Anyone have Dates bonbon recipe from last weeks ami?

it was in the last weeks ami magazine ? and is really yummy?

1/4 c. walnuts
10 dates
1 T. flax seeds (optional)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract (optional)
3/4 c. dried unsweetened coconut

1. Grind the walnuts in the food processor to consistency of your choice.

2. Add the dates and process until well combined

3. Add flax seeds, cinnamon and vanilla, if desired, and pulse again.

4. Roll mixture into balls and roll into coconut.

5. Freeze until ready to serve.
