sunday was the fast

monday, dairy baked ziti & green salad

tuesday, chicken paprikash, plain rice, recipe here

wed was meatballs, leftover rice and salad

ate out thursday

sun - eating out
mon - leftover potato kugel & teriyaki pasta salad, tuna croquettes & grilled zucchini
tues - "beef crumble" lasagna, green salad
wed - veggie pancakes, mac n cheese
thurs - some form of pizza, frozen veggies for kids/frittata for adults

Sun: sushi, avocado dressing cheese salad
Mon: macaroni cheddar salad, blintz loaf
Tues: eggplant parmesan stacks, mozzarella sticks with warm marinara
Wed: grilled vegetables in flour tortillas with crumbled feta cheese, lemon garlic salmon
Thurs: Caesar cheese salad, warm crusty baguettes

Last night we had crunchy pasta

Tonight was crockpot risotto

Tuesday- Taco bowls with quinoa, blackbeans and other toppings

Wednesday is undecided

Thursday- minestrone soup and foccicia bread.

What's crunchy pasta?

Sunday - spaghetti with grated cheese, letcho
Monday - mushroom barley soup, whole wheat pizza with vegetable toppings
Tuesday - fried fish, kasha, creamed spinach
Wednesday - vegetable lasagne
Thursday - stuffed baked potatoes

Crunchy pasta was in the ami living this past week. It was pasta with tomatoes bread crumbs and pine nuts. It was decent but not anything special.

Thanks. My family doesn't go for tomatoes anyhow.

Sunday: cut vegetables, white cheese omelets, spanish rice
Monday:melon chunks, potato soup soup, cheese blintzes, lukshen cheese kugel, spicy steamed broccoli
Tuesday: potato soup, falafel in pita with Israeli salad and chummous
Wednesday: fruit salad, cheese latkes, potatoes (baked/cooked/mashed?), broccoli in sauce
Thursday: probably: cut vegetables, pareve shnitzel or hot dogs, french fries in the oven

Sunday--homemade pizza
Monday--veggie blintzes and onion soup
Tuesday--broccoli rice and cheese casserole and leftover blintzes
Wednesday--sweet and tangy salmon, mashed potatoes, green beans
Thursday--either pita pizzas or veggie sliders with homemade buns; depends how inspired I'm feeling.

Dh is being away so I'll just eat whatever's around
