I'm having guests over tonight and with all the salads in the middle of the table, wanted some ideas of what to put on each person's plate? I've done fish in the past, but I'm looking for something more creative... Please include the recipe if you can

do you mean as a starter?
salmon, smoked salmon, gefilta fish, egg salad, chopped lived, mock liver (or a trio of all 3) stuffed vegetables, mini quiche, salad with chunks of grilled salmon, or salmon on skewers with veggies.
It needs to be something that tastes good cold, right?

Just wondering- what dressing do u put on salmon salad?
& which vegis do u use on skewers?
