I am curious about feeding for my twins. I have had feeding issues (with solid food) with one twin so I work with that when I feed them. this is a sample feeding schedule for them right now
7 am- 6 ounce formula
8:30 am- 1/2 cup of baby cereal mixed with formula and one fruit jar of baby food per baby
12:30 pm- lunch- this is either carrot muffins, noodle kugel, pizza, noodles (the twin with eating issues usually doesnt eat the macaroni, yogurt, or adult oatmeal with yogurt...
1:30 pm- 4 ounces formula
5:30 pm- dinner- meatloaf, pizza, chicken, noodles, or kugel
6:30 pm- dinner bottle- 4 ounces of formula-
is this normal for a one year old? 3 formula feedings a day? they also dont drink anything but formula which is concerning as it is the summer- they dont use sippy cups really altho I keep offering. these are a list of all the foods they can eat..its very minimal..is this normal? is it ok to feed them almost the same things all the time? I give them snacks but they only eat sweet crackers or cheeri0s- no pieces of fruit or vegis...
im a first timer and I am wondering what goes on with everyone elses one year olds....

| I'd try to include more vegetables and fruits. They don't like any fresh summer fruits, like watermelon or melon chunks? No cooked veggies from chicken soup? Sweet potato?

| my 13 month old also drinks lots of formula bottles throughout the day but as you noted, they only take 4 ounces at a time like he does. he can't tolerate too much food at a time. rather small feedings more often.....
