I make an assortment of cookies (sugar, chocolate chip, rainbow, etc) and cakes (choc, crumb, marble) and muffins (pumpkin, choc chip). Cinnamon buns are usually hit, as well as babke. Is this what you are looking for, or did you have something else in mind?
Most recipes taste the same, a few are a little different (more crumbly), but it all gets eaten!

| I'm looking for it all. Shabbos is not the same without baked goods - I'm off all dairy and eggs because my baby is allergic. I would take any and all recipes available. Thanks!

Can you get egg replacer? I make everything with it - the only thing that doesn't work is brownies. And besides cheesecake, I never bake with dairy.
Choc cake, white cake, caramel cake, banana cake, plain cookies, oat cookies, choc chip cookies, pinwheel cookies, crackle cookies, granola bars, baked doughnuts with glaze, rugelach, pied filling cakeetc.
Besides things which naturally have no eggs - flapjacks, crumbles, palmiers etc.

Pumpkin Muffins
1/2c oil
2 Tbs water
15 oz can pure pumpkin (I double recipe and use 28 oz can)
1 tsp van
2c flour
1c sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinn
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ginger
Topping
1/4c flour
1/4c sugar
1/4c brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinn
2 Tbl margarine
preheat oven 350
put 1/4 - 1/3 cup batter, sprinkle about 1 Tbl topping on top
bake 25-30 min
My kids prefer me to skip the topping and mix in chocolate chips (some even like craisins). Doesn't look as nice, but tastes good.
Sugar Cookies
1c sugar
1 1/2 sticks margarine
2 Tbl water
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
3c flour 1 tsp baking powder
bake about 12 min in preheated oven
I have used this recipe for sprinkle cookies, chanukka cookies, rainbow (make different colors with food coloring, roll all in log, chill and slice before baking) and stained glass (roll out dough, cut out shapes, cut out center and put in broken lollipops pieces, then bake)
Hope these help! Please let me know if there is something specific you would like.
When I first found out about my daughter's allergies, I found it overwhelming. I hope you are not finding it too hard.
ps-It's not a baked good, but I after many, many experiments Ifound that a potato kugel recipe with 6 eggs works without any substitutes - just skip the eggs!
