Is there any way to get rid of newborn acne?

No - it's the reaction to your hormones leaving baby's body. Just wait it out. It's only 4ish weeks or so and it will clear on its own.

Just keep the area clean. Don't mess with the pimples (dont try to pop them). Some will drain with a gentle wash to the face...most often they don't drain. Leave it and wait...it doesn't last too long.

My ped suggested washing them with whatever you use to bathe the baby, and they dry up faster that way. Also don't kiss the baby in those spots.

Never failed - any time that marked the first time the grandparents would see the baby, whether from 2 - 8 weeks, that's when baby would break out. It passes. If it seems to be going on too long ask your dr. Mazel tov!

I put a little expressed breast milk on the spots and it cleared up within 24 hours with all of my kids. Great for cradle cap too.
