Gluten free home, and shabbos guests (challah)

I made this gluten-free challah recipe this past Shabbos:

It was really good. (I used honey instead of agave, 10 tablespoons. And white rice flour.) Even the gluten-eaters gobbled it -- my husband ate it Motzei Shabbos even though there was plenty of gluten bread around.

So I think this is solving our problem! And it really is Hamotzi. You might have to eat a tiny bit more to be able to be kovea seudah and bench, since there is the rice flour. But it seems reasonable to me, it's mostly oat flour.

I am excited for everyone to have real challah together and no more contamination issues, or people wanting food they can't have!

Doesn't help Seraph, though, since she said she can't tolerate oats. I will take a look at the recipe though. Thanks!
