| I wouldn't buy it. It only makes 5 at a time and they are baked not fried, so you may as well just buy a donut pan for baking. It only takes a few minutes in the oven too. Or you could just do traditional fried donuts.

| For the past several years, there have been donut makers usually listed at $40.00 selling for $10.00 on black friday.

| Great tips, thank you! I know it doesn't make real-tasting doughnuts, but real doughnuts are so oily they hurt dh's stomach, so thought this might be better. Will have to look into a.) a doughnut pan instead, and b.) some of the better prices mentioned. Thanks again!

| I have a donut pan that I used for simchas a few times. You can even use a cake mix.

| I bought one that has 6 holes. each batch takes only about 5 minutes so it doesn't take that long. I used my ammertto bundt recipe in it and was scrumptiouose
