Does anyone have a recipe like this?
It has purple cabbage, peas, corn, and I think shredded carrots. It has mayo - a lot.

I know this is old, but it sounds so colorful. Anyone with a recipe?
How about with a vinegarette dressing?

That sounds like a recipe already!
Purple cabbage
corn
pees
Mayo with some oil to thin it out
add some spices - I think pepper and salt is sufficient

OMG- my mother used to make something similar and it was so so so delicious. It had pine nuts, I think.
The dressing was mayo, lemon, sugar, salt and dill.
Does that sound familiar?
