Wondering if anyone knows if this 3 layer Parve parfait (from the Binah 4 yrs ago) can be frozen and for how long?
If it can't be frozen, can it be made in advance and refrigerated? How much in advance?
This is what its made of:
1/2 cup confectionary sugar
2 1/2 - 3 Tbsp corn starch
1 cup coffee whitener
1 egg yolk
margarine
then flavor (coffee, vanilla extract, and cocoa)
