My husband is going away for shabbos so I thought I'd go to my parents. I found out over the weekend that they'll be away for Shabbos too. I tried getting a replacement at work but wasn't successful so now I'll be spending Shabbos myself + it's a long weekend here so I'll be alone Sunday & Monday too. I am so miserable & it doesn't help to be told by a colleague "You look miserable! What's the matter? are you ever going to smile again?"
Not looking forward at all.....

I totally understand. It's so hard when my husband has to go away on business and now with Shabbos being so long, it will be even harder for you. Is there any way you can invite a friend over to your house?
