Useing up one cup flour

I have one cup whole wheat flour left and don't want to go shopping. What is a good recipe for dessert?

I have a brownie recipe that calls for 1 C of flour (white, though). I'm trying to remember it by heart but I think it's like this:
3/4 C cocoa
3/4 C oil
2 C sugar
4 eggs
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla
1 C flour

350 for around 30 min in a 9x13

make crepe--similar to pancake batter but add more milk/water/soymilk so you can make it very thin,
then fill with fruits/fruit compote/whipped cream/jam/chocolate whatever, or turn into blintzes.
