Graphic Designers! Need Jewish Calendar Program! Will pay!

Hi I'm a graphic designer looking to design a calender for a school. I need to find out how to program Jewish dates, Parshios and Local Shabbos times.

I can design a template but I need someone to do the programming. Any ideas?

Also, if anyone knows of a cheap print option, please let me know.

What exactly do you mean by program? I could be wrong, but I don't know of a comprehensive "program" that does all this for you in terms of inserting it into the design. I was under the impression that it was designed manually -- like, I would look up on iCal or some other online Jewish calendar for the dates and times and parshiot, and just insert them over the secular dates. I know that pre-existing calendar templates exist for InDesign and Illustrator, but I've never heard of anything automatic. If there is such thing, that would be awesome!

I know there is some way to program it automatically. I spoke to someone who does some of the Chabad calendars and he had a way to do it.

If you want to see what the dates are you can use hebcal.com...?

I thnk it might be a conflict of interests because he does it for the local chabad and this calendar might take away from their advertisers. If I can get him to do it I will. However, I would like to find out my options.

I worked with someone who did calendars - he had a database of zmanim, and then linked all the text boxes - so once all the zmanim were figured out, all you have to do is paste in the zmanim and everything flows through. The setup is time consuming, but once it's set up, it's done.

my bil is a graphic designer and has done calenders..

I don't know anything about graphic design, but here is a Java API that can calculate zmanim for you.

I found a great FREE program called Luach. Easy and really has loads of features
