| Please help me locate tops (preferably blouses) that will fit me. My breasts are low down on my chest. So I always get extra sagging material on top, and too-tight material where my breasts start. Not a pretty picture.

Maybe instead of shopping for new blouses you should invest in a new and better-fitting bra. I have heard that a bra that fits properly can do wonders for one's figure.
A proper lingerie store or good department store should have someone who does fittings.

| Thanks. I have well-fitting bras, but they can't raise my breasts enough to fill out typical tops. I need shirts that will conform to my body. I can't make my body conform to standard blouses. My grandmother and great-aunts were all built like this. They just wore housecoats that made no distinction between their breasts and their hips. But I live in the 21st century.

| Like the Queen of England. Can someone recommend styles like she wears for a much younger woman?

My figure is similar (but not so full that anything is too tight at the bust). It is hard to find tops that don't fold over where my bosom "should" be...fitted bouses and jackets are the worst, because it is obvious from the seams where the shape is supposed to be. Blouses that are meant to be fuller all around are less fashionable, but more forgiving. Plain knit tops of any kind usually fit, but I find empire-waist or higher-waisted styles uniquely unflattering.
Ignore anyone who tells you to wear a push-up bra. However, I have found that wearing a pullover sports bra gives a flatter more spread-out figure which can help in some clothes.

A. Doesn't help the problem at hand - if your bust is "mounted" lower on your chest, there is a limit to how far you can pull them up. (This is what I meant in my response above).
B. Changes the figure beyond natural, in a s*xually suggestive way. (This is the other reason).

I think a well-fitting, well-made bra, like Wacoal is really your best bet. Could be that you have a good bra, but it doesn't fit properly. Maybe try a smaller waist and bigger cup size.
I have found that the company JM Collection sold in Macy's fits my figure well. They have more in the stores than online. Lowcut v-neck shirts with a shell also look much better than a high-necked shirt. _________________ You only have 1Life2Live, so make it count!
