Get him a mug or photo book with baby pics @ shutterfly.com. They offered free Mother's Day cards (where you upload pics and place them on the card - up to 6 pics) & they might be offering a free card for Father's Day as well.
I've bought photo mug as a gift and it's a big hit.

For my husband's first father's day I bought a scrapbook album and completed the first few pages with pics of him and our son from the year before. Each year for father's day we add more pages. As they get older it includes their artwork (random and specifically Abba day related like their painted portraits of him), handprints, those sorts of things. We see new babies added to our family and watch the things they do together as Abba and sons. The kids are more able to help now with putting the pages together and adding the artwork and over time it will become their job to do it for him. He loves it, thinks it's the best present he's ever received.
