I don't know what their challah tastes like, but many commercial bakeries puff air into their challos so you can't really get that texture at home. _________________ Smile there, aint you glad your living:)

| Like I said, I don't know what their challah tastes like, maybe they don't. but the puffy fluffy bakery challos usually have air.

| What they do is to use dough conditioners, which make them airy and stay soft.
