We recently has challah from Nechama Bakery 9in Israel). I really liked the texture and flavor, anyone have a similar recipe?

I don't know what their challah tastes like, but many commercial bakeries puff air into their challos so you can't really get that texture at home.

Like I said, I don't know what their challah tastes like, maybe they don't. but the puffy fluffy bakery challos usually have air.

What they do is to use dough conditioners, which make them airy and stay soft.
