I'm bringing dessert to someone for lunch and we're acquaintances. so I wanted to do something a little nice (therefore no bundt cakes, cookies or brownies). I want to stay away from peanut butter since im not sure about allergies.

Any ideas?

Blueberry Mixture:
1/2 CUP Sugar
1 TBSP Corn Starch
1 1/4 CUP Frozen Blueberries
1 TBSP Lemon Juice
Mix all Ingredients, Let simmer for 5 Min Uncovered. Then cover and Refrigerate.

Crust:
34 Squares Graham Crackers
2 TBSP Sugar
1/2 TSP Cinnamon
1 Stick Margarine
Crush Crackers, Combine with hand, Bake 15-20 Minutes on 350.

Ice Cream:
1 Cup Sugar
1 Instant Vanilla Pudding
1 16oz Whip
1 Coffee Creamer
1 Vanilla Sugar
Whip up the whip, add coffee creamer then rest of ingredients.

Put 1/2 Ice cream in round foil, drop in one blueberry at time throughout ice cream (1/2 of mixture), cover thin layer of crumbs,

Repeat layers, (ice cream, blueberry, crumbs)
For nicer look you can freeze between the two layers, but its not necessary. It might sound complicated when you read it but its really very simple. Whoever I gave this recipe to was amazed how fast and delicious this is.

thanks supermom!

no CM I don't think it is if I would have brought wine or candy it would've cost more than throwing together brownies. I make those things on a casual shabbos. if you don't agree y do you have to bother posting

I would buy an Ice Cream Cake. You can get those for pretty reasonable.
