Has anyone tried this product:

Kids Bedwetting Night Trainer

I am wondering if it is worth trying for my 5-year-old. He was trained at night but not anymore and soaks his bed if he's not wearing a pamper. I wonder if this product is worth it?

I didn't use this, but I used something very similar and it worked very well. You have to commit to get up the first few nights the second you hear it and wake up your son to take him to the bathroom, because even if it wakes him, he'll be disoriented at first and will need your help. With me it took only about 3 nights for him to start responding to the buzz himself, and then after about another week he didn't need it all anymore.

However, my son was almost 7 when we used it, maybe for a younger child it will take longer. Also, you said that your son was trained and then stopped. That sounds much more concerning to me. (My son was a very deep sleeper and had never mastered staying dry at night.) If he was able to do it before, maybe you should first look into other reasons as to what changed now -- medical or emotional issues.

I used something similar. it took 2 weeks of me waking up DS (who was 10) before he started to wake himself up. Then he was dry for a couple of months, but then had some more wet nights. Now I think we need to retrain him. So it sort of worked- we have improvement, but not cured.
Before you buy the alarm, buy lots of washable bed pads. You may go through 2 a night. Buy lots of pajamas. You will need them. It can be very frustrating, and you need to go in with commitment and lots of patience. Hatzlacha!

we used the madela alarm for my son and it helped. we started him at 6, showed him first how it works (using a rag and a few drops of water) so he wouldnt be scared of the noise.
It helped him to stay dry...now he sometimes still has accidents, but after a night or 2 of using the alarm, it stops again. ..but he is a heavy sleeper.

I did a google search and found similar bedwetting alarms in various price ranges. I decided on the Dry-Me alarm See here because it has the option of sound and/or vibration. It was similar to much more expensive alarms. The bedwettingstore's website has videos about different alarms so it's good for research. I don't know if they ship to Israel.

The alarm arrived yesterday! We tried it out. We had it on alarm and vibration. It went off at about 11 pm. My son slept right though it. DH took him to the bathroom. And changed him into new underwear and protection. (We had put a pamper over the underwear to catch any accidents.) He woke up this morning dry from 11pm. He did not remember the alarm going off in the night at all. I guess he sleeps much too deeply! We'll keep at it and see what happens.
