I have never tried this but this is what I would do:
cut the cutlets into small cubes.
Cut peeled potatoes into small cubes.
fry an onion and add the meat. Fry for a few minutes on until white. Add potatoes and shake around for another couple minutes.
Add salt, pepper, paprika, ketchup/chilli sauce and a drop brown sugar (the latter 2 are optional but give a great taste).
Cover with water and leave to boil for 30mins-1hour.
(Its almost likke a meaty chulent.) _________________

| thank you for this. it sounds good. my real question is that cutlets cook really fast while potatoes take much longer. anything I should be aware of while cooking potatoes???

I've made goulash many times with turkey cutlets.
Sautee and onion and brown the cutlets.
Add cubes potatoes, water, some paprika, salt and garlic.
Cook for 1-2 hours. The longer you cook it, the softer it will be.
I like to add a squeeze of ketchup to it.

| another question, cutlets is generally less tasty than meat or turkey. does plain spices like salt, pepper, ketchup and brown sugar suffice to make it really good?

Yes- just make sure to let it cook a long time, and you could always adjust the seasoning.
It should be yum and healthy!
