Im making cheesecake with my kindergarten class tomorrow and need an extremely easy recipe... the school is going to give me only basic ingrediants and they have no milchig oven. I saw some previous threads but they are either a bit too complicated or require too many ingrediants. Anyone have a really simple cheesecake recipe?

I don't know if this is too complicated.
tea biscuits - kids crumble them for the base.
cheese filling - 8 oz. cream cheese, 2 cups milk, 1 pack vanilla pudding mix.
Leave as is or top with fruit.

I combined them both and the kids had so much fun 'baking'!! 
It was so easy to make!
