Anyone have a recipe for a milchig strawberry soup that freezes well? TIA

Most of the milchig recipes call for blending strawberries with yogurt, milk and flavoring (no cooking). I'm not sure if that can frozen and defrosted?

Best ever strawberry soup is made with sour cream, heavy cream and frozen strawberries in the blender right before eating it. It tastes like melted strawberry ice cream. You can add sugar to taste, and a drop of orange juice if you like the extra tang (or pineapple). It should freeze well. It is absolutely scrumptious.
If you use frozen strawberries in syrup, then you don't need to add any sugar.

1 cup of sour cream,
1 cup of heavy cream (fresh, not frozen)
and 1 container of strawberries in syrup.

If not using that type of berry, or using fresh berries, then use about 2 cups, and add half a cup of sugar dissolved in a bit of boiling water and optionally the quarter to half cup of orange or pineapple juice to taste.
Best when made in a blender right before eating.
