I am thinking of making cheese blintzes using won ton wrappers. Prepare same cheese filling I always use, fill the wrappers, seal and fry.

anyone tried it?

TIA

My mother used to use won ton wrappers for her blintzes when crepe-making was too much work. What I liked best was the way the wrappers got blistery and crisp at the edges. They were absolutely delicious, and I'm sure you'll be pleased with the way they turn out. Cool Cool Cool

What about stuffing? Is the only good stuffing with farmer cheese? Is there anything I can do with cream cheese, sour cream or cottage cheese?
