I am thinking of making cheese blintzes using won ton wrappers. Prepare same cheese filling I always use, fill the wrappers, seal and fry.
anyone tried it?

My mother used to use won ton wrappers for her blintzes when crepe-making was too much work. What I liked best was the way the wrappers got blistery and crisp at the edges. They were absolutely delicious, and I'm sure you'll be pleased with the way they turn out.

| What about stuffing? Is the only good stuffing with farmer cheese? Is there anything I can do with cream cheese, sour cream or cottage cheese?
