| My local stores are so expensive for meat, chicken, etc. Is there any store that will deliver (frozen, via UPS) that is affordably (relatively speaking) priced? (and easy to work with, I.e. can be done online)

I live in the states. That's why I have the privilege of looking into all the overloaded shopping wagons at Costco, smiling, and then going to my local butcher store and paying kosher prices.

Where are you located?
There are some Jewish stores which are cheaper than others.
I don't know if Costco has that much of a range of kosher meat if any... _________________

I don't live in the US so can't give you tangible where to buy tips, but
you may want to consider the following:
- buy the whole chicken. It's so much more economical than buying
individual potions. Similarly, buy the whole breast, slice and flatten
into schnitzels.
- buy cheaper cuts. If you're braising meat for a long time in liquid
cheaper, tough cuts can come out more flavourful and tender.
If you're concerned about lean-ness, you can cook the meat first,
drain the gravy/jus and refrigerate. Skim off all fat that congeals
on the top and return the gravy/jus to the meat and reheat.
