My sweet little ds is turning 1 tomorrow! I can't believe it.
We keep a gluten free home and I'm looking for a cake to make for him. I'd like for it to not have cups and cups of sugar.  I bought a few bananas for a sweetener but they're not so ripe yet.
I don't mind using a bit of sugar, but I don't want to use too much. And I prefer not to use almond flour since it costs a fortune, but I will if I must.
