I just wanted to make 2 or 3 smaller ones...
Do you think it will be a problem slicing them?

I don't think you'll have trouble slicing them for individual people, but you'd probably have to bring the pan to the table to serve -- I don't know if you'd be able to get it out neatly enough to arrange on a platter, either whole or in slices. _________________ I don't know half of you half as well as I should like; and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.

thanks for your reply. I think I will make them Monday and freeze them, then I will take it out frozen and put in on a long narrow tray....
So that way people can serve themselves and in addition I won't end up with "accessible" leftovers to eat myself....

I don't have a milchig oven so I bake my cheesecakes in a smaller aluminum pan that can fit in my toaster.
I line the pan w/ a parchment paper and this way I'm able to get the pieces out cleanly.

You can also bake the cake in a pie crust. It comes out with the crust pretty easily. That said, I am making mine in small round or square pans this year. _________________ If you're gonna be blue, be bright blue!
