By "biggest", I'm guessing you mean what would end up being most exaggerated, and not necessarily just largest in size.
Mine would probably be the way my eyes scrunch up when I smile really big. It's less obvious when I wear glasses, but at my wedding when I wore contacts, my mother kept asking me to stop squinting, but I always smile like that!
