What does "clean looking girl" mean?

if a lady comments that a girl is an attractive, and clean looking girl, what does that mean?

I guess it means she looks well groomed. like neat in her appearance, a pleasing appearance with a good character/looks like someone who doesn't do bad things. I think she meant it as a compliment as she also said she is attractive, but it was a very strange thing to say

if you are talking about an older girl well my guess what the lady meant to say weirdly was that she looks like someone who is decent, for example she said she is clean "looking", as in she looks like an honourable girl. I don't know why she used that word as it has connotations of relations/s-xual diseases
the girl maybe has an aura of nobility or purity in her look which stood out to the lady but she didn't know how to express it

then again it could just be she thought she looked clean physically, I don't know anything about the circumstance in which it was said or anything or who the girl and this lady is or anything

I also think that description is unusual and odd-sounding...

If this is in "shidduch" context, for some reason it brings to mind to me a more low-maintenance yet "freshly scrubbed" look -- natural looking, no blow-drying, moussing or gooked on makeup. A less sophisticated look, more "innocent" or "aidel".

But that's probably just my take on it.

I'm not sure I've ever heard that expression, but I also feel it brings to mind "well-scrubbed:" a natural, wholesome look.

clean living- healthy looking, not overly made up - natural beauty as opposed to artificially heavily made up and on gepatchked. It's definitely a compliment!

but that's a strange way of saying it. I suspect is says a lot more about the person saying it, than the person she's saying it about.

that whole clean language often comes from someone who is obsessed with these things.

She looks put-together and takes care of herself (ie her hair and/or make up is nicely done not too over the top and not messy, she wears stylish, neat, matching clothes not shlochy etc)

It means not overly made up. I've heard that expression before and know exactly what it means. It means a simpler - in a positive sense - appearance. Natural looking, no chipped nail polish or too much lipstick. Put together in a simple becoming way. It's a very good thing!

I imagine someone "clean-cut" dressed in classic, non-trendy styles, natural-looking while still being well-groomed.

I'd also hate to imagine what the opposite implies - images of homeless teens, goth/emo kids or women of ill-repute flash through my head.
