chicken. I Stick in a whole chicken with spices, no water into the crockpot before I got to work and my house smells delicious when I come home!

I don't own a crockpot (yet), but I saw this recipe online a few months ago and added it to my favorites because it sounded so delicious!

Fruited Chicken

1 large onion, sliced
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1/3 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon grated orange peel
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup chopped dried apricots
1/2 cup dried cranberries
Hot cooked rice

Directions:
1. Place onion and chicken in a 5-qt. slow cooker. Combine the orange juice, soy sauce, mustard, orange peel and garlic; pour over chicken. Sprinkle with apricots and cranberries.
2. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or until chicken juices run clear. Serve over rice.

I put a pack of chicken bottoms on one side and rice on the other side. I add salt, shwarma spice and paprika on the chicken and some salt on the rice and add water to cover the rice. I put the crockpot on low for 4-5 hours and then put it on warm till supper time.

Meatballs. Made the sauce with carrot, zucchini and onion chunks, and cooked spaghetti the night before. It was a hit.
