yes, in ny area. I am really opening for tax purposes as I am currently getting paid on a 1099. But, it might work out so I would like to choose a name that I can use if I do end up becoming bigger.

Can you explain more about the tax issues? I also work on a 1099 and have considered becoming an agency but couldn't find any info at all and I don't know who to ask... my accountant friends don't work with this specifically and don't know how it works...

I dont really understand all tax issues just that I will probably be able to put in more expenses this way. Also, we want to open a small business bec. we will then be able to buy health insurance and get small business rates which are much cheaper.
